Goal Oriented Learning (GOL)

For over nine years, GOL has supported students through homeschool programs, tutoring, and cooperative learning. We’re seeking part-time educators who are passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one, small group, or co-op instruction (virtual or in-person)

• Support students with homework, academic goals, and behavioral plans

• Follow IEPs, accommodations, and GOL’s academic/behavior plans

• Foster respect, growth, and a positive learning environment

• Collaborate with families and GOL staff to track progress

What We’re Looking For

• Experience teaching, tutoring, or supporting students (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)

• Familiarity with IEPs, accommodations, or behavioral support

• Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability
